Belleville Pool AIS Tracking

Near the end of 2009, an AIS receiver was installed at the Neale Marine Transportation main office to track vessels transiting through the area. Some vessels running through the area are not yet equipped with an AIS transponder, especially those that never transit through any VTS controlled areas that require a transponder to be on board. The vessels that are properly equipped with a transponder should show up on the map below.
